Registration

Welcome to the registration page. In order to be able to attend this trip you must send us a copy of your completed registration form. Click on the link to download the form in either PDF or DOC format. All registration forms must be approved. The signed form can be returned via email at israeltrip@nwbaptistchurch.com or mailed to the following address:

The form must be filled out and returned along with a copy of your passport and your deposit before July 15th in order to secure your spot. All passports must be valid 6 months past return date. Please take note of the following payment due dates. Rates are quoted for dual occupancy. An additional fee will apply to those seeking single occupancy. Please specify the second occupant when returning your registration. Payment can be made via check or credit card** (additional fee required for credit card).

July 15, 2018 - $300 Deposit (Non refundable. If paying by credit card $309**)

September 15, 2018 - $1,764* (If paying by credit card $1,817**)

December 5, 2018 - $1,700* (If paying by credit card $1,751**)

Single Occupancy Fee:  $590 (If paying by credit card $608**)

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be in writing. Special note: Airfare cancellations less than 91 days from departure date will incur an $100.00 cancellation fee in addition to normal cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

91 or more days prior to departure administrative fee charge will be $200.00

90-60 days prior to departure administrative fee charge will be $450.00

59-46 days prior to departure administrative fee charge will be $850.00

45-31 days prior to departure administrative fee charge will be 40% of total cost.

30-0 days prior to departure administrative fee charge will be 100% of total cost.

Special Note: We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for: Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Medical Expense and Baggage.
